Con Tho, the Vietnamese word for rabbit, is a vegetarian restaurant with plenty of vegan options. The team of Con Tho has created experimental and sophisticated dishes by reinterpreting and combining classics of the Vietnamese cuisine with regional influences, using only fine herbs and fresh vegetables.

Besides the Happy-to-Share dishes in the sense of the Vietnamese tradition, Con Tho´s guests can enjoy several variations of Com Tam (a rice dish in a hot stone bowl), Banh Xeo (a rice-flour-crêpe), Pho Noodles and Bun Bo Hue (a powerful lemongrass-annatto-soup). Close to lively Hermannplatz one can dip into a cosy atmosphere either inside in between warm lampions and bamboo, or outside on the spacious and calming green terrasse.

The interior was designed by owner Tran Mai Huy Thong and his team at Oukan lab.

Die Knoblauch-Mayonnaise ist der absolute Wahnsinn und auch der eigentlich simpel gebackene Tofu schmeckt geräuchert mit Chinakohl und Noriblättern wirklich toll und erinnert sogar ein bisschen an Fisch.
